we most of the people feel angry and end up with sorrows.so angry is one of the cause for sorrows.it is also a limitation for thinking.It makes us sometimes worse than a brute.generally according to science the angry occurs due to release of a hormone called aldosterone.so it is cause of angry in human.
there are several ways that helps to control anger;
(1)when u get angry the commonly used technique known is counting numbers
(2)imagine the peaceful place by closing eyes
(3)remember a situation that made u happy
(4)get remember to the people who makes u happy
(5)by not taking the food that contain substances that release aldosterone

A STORY
there is a man in a village who is always angry towards people.so one day a sage visits that village.so once the man who is very anger visit sage and asks him how to reduce his angry?.then sage gives him a cardboard and numerous pins and then says when u get angry start pinning these pins on cardboard till your angry reduce.the man does as sage said.
in the first week he pins more than 100 pins in the 3rd week below 75 pins and on the 5Th week below 50pins and on 7nth week less than 15 pins and finally 3 to5 everyday and after some days sage re visit the village. so the angry man visit the sage and sage asks to show the cardboard.
after showing the cardboard sage now says to remove all pins and then says to repair the cardboard as in the way how it is before?
then man replies that he cant do so.then sage replies you angry is like pins these just hurt the other people that cannot be corrected
then the man realizes that angry is one of the cause of evil and starts being good with everyone all the time.
So from the story the angry may unavoidable but it is very danger to individual,it clutters the thinking of a man.so avoid anger in life and be happy always with everyone.
